Rot Away 01:29
Wrote down this eulogy For you to read I signed it with a scar That only you can see You watched it bleed I slowly fell apart I tried to stitch the seams, You questioned me You pulled my chest apart Where is your Where is your heart? And I'd rather take my bones from my bed to the funeral Then trade my world, trade my worth for a fucking name tag Because where we fall, were bound to stay We'll build a home to crush your bones under the weight No way out, wait for the grave Till then we'll just rot away

Bummer 02:50
If I grew my hair out again, would I feel the same the way I did in 2010? Because my hearts been absent. I try to ignore the voice in my head that tells me to give up and live with the differences and distances. Where the fuck are all my friends? And where did they go when I needed them the most? I watched them all sail from the shore; I sunk like a stone. If we’re not both dead, would you bury me in your backyard and hope that, the roots grow into something that will last A lesson learned, to build or burn and find the ashes from your urn spilled on your basement floor, where we’d waste an eternity, but now its the place that we used to feel alive. That part of us is gone, been compromised. I’ve been left behind. And if I grow old, would I get to buy back all the time that I sold? Or would I just stay hollow? Cause the ones I love most are always dead ghosts, I feel my fate, its getting close. It calls my name, shakes my bones, says I’ll be dying all alone. I’ll be dying all alone. We used to feel alive, but now that part of us is gone, been left behind.

Backyard 03:18
I wrote this all buried in your backyard My words are getting heavier I'm barely hanging on We used to watch the days go by, seemed insignificant But with the weight of all this wasted time, were left to wonder where it went But time heals all wounds, that's what you swore When I tried to save you on your kitchen floor You fucking buried me It came so easily As soon as they told you to cut your ties and spread your wings Safe from all of this dead weight We used to watch the days go by, seemed insignificant But with the weight of all this wasted time were left to wonder where it went And I get that you tend to forget the time spent And we'll wait here for years just to find out what it meant And we'll wait here for years just to find out what it meant But time can't mend my words together My broken bones stay broke forever I hope that I won't be remembered as never enough, never enough You fucking buried me It came so easily As soon as they told you to cut your ties and spread your wings We swore we'd never change, but if we stayed the same You would've choked, you would've let me drag you down with me Severing the bridge, just to watch it burn Watch it burn away Time can't mend my words together My broken bones stay broke forever I hope that I will be remembered as more than a mark in your yard I'm more than a mark in your yard (rep 4x) (You fucking buried me, it came so easily, we swore we'd never change, you fucking buried me, you fucking buried me)
